:: Development of the energy sector in the Kyrgyz Republic:
- Power – blood system of all economy of Kyrgyzstan, and its condition – the most important indicator of all country. Today in a rating of CIS countries on a hydro energy potential Kyrgyzstan takes the third place, conceding only to Russia and Tajikistan. In realities of today the question of power safety of Kyrgyzstan is very Actual. Construction of LEP "Datka-Kemin" will provide to the republic power safety and independence of neighbors. Everything that the power became a leader of the Kirghiz economy as a whole becomes, after all it is potential of integration into world economy.
- For improvement of reliability of works of the main electric networks of a power supply system of the republic and increase in capacity of power lines to the north the republics construction of LEP of 500 kV of "Datka-Kemin" in extent of 410 km and substation of 500 kV of "Kemin" is planned. The initial stage of negotiations with the TVEA company on construction of LEP of Datka-Kemin is at a finishing stage.
- The project on oil pipeline construction Shymkent-SUAR is planned. Kyrgyzstan becomes the transit country and will provide to itself power safety. The project is important for the republic in the geopolitical plan. The oil pipeline to China capacity in 10 million tons per year will pass through our territory. Kyrgyzstan becomes the transit country. Besides, the oil products made, plant under construction, will be realized in Kyrgyzstan.
- One of projects of national value still have the project on completion of construction of "Kambarata-1" and "Kambatrata-2"
- Cooperation of Kyrgyzstan and Japan in the field of energy saving and the mining industry will make an essential contribution to the relations of two countries. «Power and mining branch - is a basis of our economy. Signing of agreements in these two branches will make a contribution to friendship of Kyrgyzstan and Japan. We can develop, improve power supply and increase power efficiency by introduction of the advanced Japanese technologies», - A.Karashev told.
- Construction of LEP of 110 kV of "Aygultash-Samat" in extent of 140 km that will allow reducing considerably dependence of power supply of Batkensky area on a power supply system of Tajikistan is planned.
- The question of export of the electric power to the Southern Asia according to the international CASA-1000 project is studied also. This project demands construction of LEP of 500 kV "Datka-Hudzhant" (Tajikistan) in extent of 340 km.
